Loki discovers that tinsel does not taste like chicken.

NB: I observed both kittens around the tinsel on the tree after putting it up and neither are minded to eat it, however they do like playing with it. Loki broke this bit off and will sometimes play with it and "catch" it, then run off with it in his mouth before spitting it out. He's just spitting it out in this photo.
I'm glad he spit it out and they are not interested in eating it. Eating tinsel WILL make then ill and kill your cat. It can't digest and will cling to the walls of the cat's stomach and intestines and wad up so food and what not can't pass. It has happened to me before and the only way to help them is to get mineral oil down them till it passes. It's just safer to never ever have tinsel on your tree if you have pets.
thanks.
Great capture though
When my dad got his cat he had to get rid of almost all his tinsel!
