I noticed the purple myself this morning - I'm annoyed I didn't notice it when I first did the upload - it's chromatic aberration, and the lens's fault! I'll process it out this evening
Not all the cats I photograph are mine, but they are certainly beautiful
I had two myself (only one now since Simba passed away recently). A friend who's also a neighbour has always had at least 4 cats (sometimes more, and one of his cats had a litter a couple of years ago), and when he and his family go away I'm on feeding duty so I get to photograph them in his garden. I also have a few other friends with cats and they've seen the photos I take of my cats so are usually happy for me to photograph theirs! In all those cases the cats are in their home territory and fairly relaxed, and I have the time to try get good shots.
Also I sometimes take my camera with me when out for a walk, so if I encounter a cat I'll often photograph it - those shots are a bit pot luck though!
Everytime i take my camera with me for walks i somehow manage to have it out of battery ._. So the only cats i can take photos of is, my own, and the three cats of a friend of mine, they must hate me by now i take so many photos of them when i see them!
Beautiful cats you have!

Mine aren't so impressive..
How do you come uponso many cats to take pretty photos of?
