Theo spots Loki lurking under bush.

Here's a shot where you can see a bit more of Loki:

In the outdoor photo Loki is wearing his walking jacket and is on a long retractable lead. Theo is rather cautious of outdoors and stays near the door (i.e. won't run off) so for the moment I'm allowing him carefully supervised access without a jacket and lead.

Abyssinians are such beautiful cats. My uncle owns one! I love the way their tails are always up in the hair in a '?' shape. I'm not a cat person but those are just stunning, especially the rabbit shade!

Your cat seems friendly yet unsure to the other cat he is looking at. Nice shot again.

Oh, what a pretty, little kitty. Is he an Abyssinian? It looks like he is from the fur color and markings on his face (from your other pictures)

He is an Abyssinian - he's a chocolate in colour (although down the lighter end I think).

He is a beautiful cat. He does look lighter than other cats that I have seen in the breed, but I grew up with a ruby abyssinian and I believe they tend to be a little darker. Either way, I was really excited when I found the picture. It is one of my favorite breeds.

My previous Abyssinian was a "usual" (which is known as "ruddy") and he was darker. Sorrel is also known as "red" and is lighter than "chocolate" which I think sort of sits between the two (but you can get a fair range even in a single colour). It is my favourite breed I think - I've got a Bengal as well now, and he's fantastic too but I think I still slightly prefer Abyssinians :).
