Mewton's Third Law by FurLined Mewton's Third Law by FurLined
The cat tree was better able to handle the weight of him when I took some jumping photos a year ago when both cats were aged 5 months. Theo (the jumping Abyssinian) is now about 4.7kg and Loki (the Bengal) is about 6kg.

Haha, I have the same problem with the small cat-post I got for my two Ragdolls when they were
kittens: having 8kg of cat pounce on the post, sends the thing toppling over! (But it doesn't stop
my boy from leaping on it! I swear it does it deliberately! :giggle:)

That sounds about right, Lily isn't all the big but the little pipe frame bed/scratching post that we got her creaks and bows now. At least your furry friends take better shots then mine, she runs anytime she see me with a camera.

I've had both of them, while playing chase, leap at the side cat tree in very quick succession and nearly topple it!

My two even got exposed to my camera when I visited them at their respective breeders a month before collecting them :). They quickly got used to the camera as I took loads of photos over their first few days here and I continue to photograph them regularly!

Lilly, isn't to fond of them, when we first got her she enjoyed the camera and the attention but as she got older she doesn't care for it. I got her from her litter in 2010.
