I think it was at Marwell Zoo (southern england) - the light was right to get a fairly clear/crisp shot through a window on the enclosure

It's one of the freaky nothing-even-close-found-elsewhere Madagascar creatures
. Not as freaky as the Aye-Aye, mind you. I've seen them at a couple of zoos in the UK and also on a documentary about Madagascar!
